Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@chylissachante.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on on how to pack the order. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping labels will not be provided.
All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer tags attached, and include original packing slip. When returning items for a refund, a $13 restocking fee will be deducted.
Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.
International returns are accepted but paid by customer. Return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
All original packaging (bags and hangers where they were included free) with swing tags and the zip tie tags must be intact and included. We cannot accept returns if any of these have been removed and the original packaging has been discarded.
Exchanges
There are no exchanges. Items must be returned and repurchased
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
We are not responsible for items lost in transit or missing order number and proper identification of original order. We do not currently offer return labels for both domestic & international customers.
